Roasted Parmesan Green Beans

Delicious fresh green beans roasted with a crunchy mixture of parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs. The perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP Grated or Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 TBSP Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder Swap with fresh roasted garlic if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; toss to coat.
  • Spread green beans on a large rimmed baking sheet in an even layer.
  • Roast for 15-20 minutes or until tender as desired; stirring halfway through.
  • Place on a serving platter and serve as desired. Add another sprinkle of parmesan cheese if preferred.

Notes

  • Swap garlic powder with fresh roasted garlic for a richer flavor.
  • For extra crunch, add more panko bread crumbs before roasting.
  • Great as a side dish for grilled meats or pasta.
