* To make in a juicer: Pass the lemons, oranges, ginger and turmeric through your juices. Then stir in a pinch of black pepper to the finished juice. Omit the water.
* Storage: To store them in the fridge, place them in a jar or lidded container and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. For longer storage, pour the shots into a freezer safe jar and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before consuming.
* Halving the recipe: if you are using a juicer, halving the recipe should be no problem. In a blender, however, halving the recipe makes it very difficult for the blender to blend properly.
