Ingredients

  • 1 tube biscuit dough 10-count
  • 3 oz mozzarella cheese cubed into ¾-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup salted butter melted
  • 2 tsp dry Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tsp garlic powder or 3 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  • Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the edges to seal and form a roll.
  • Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic and Ranch seasoning. Brush the rolls with this mixture.
  • Bake for 13–15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Brush with any remaining butter mixture once baked. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
