Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Open the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the edges to seal and form a roll.
Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic and Ranch seasoning. Brush the rolls with this mixture.
Bake for 13–15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Brush with any remaining butter mixture once baked. Let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
