Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning powder
  • 2 stalks celery finely diced

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.

Notes

For chicken salad sandwiches, serve on some whole grain bread with pickles and some fruit, veggies, or a side salad. To make a snack plate or use for an adult lunchable, serve with crackers, cheese, and some sliced vegetables. You can also serve on a bed of lettuce as a salad, serve inside bell peppers, or serve in lettuce wraps.
