Crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside air fryer red potatoes seasoned with olive oil, rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • 1 Large bowl For mixing potatoes and seasonings

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F.
  • In a large bowl, add the red potatoes, olive oil, dried Rosemary, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix until fully coated.
  • Place a single layer of potatoes into the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Repeat the process until all the potatoes are cooked.
